We are looking for people with min 2 year of Technical Support experience for ITES Company based out of Pune.
:

• 
  Provide L1 Level Customer Support
• Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
• Resolve tickets Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.

Eligibility:

• 
  2 plus year of experience in Technical Support
• Good communication skills
  

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate Good Knowledge of networking
Compensation: 7,00,000 - 8,6,000 pa (Hike on last drawn)
Shift:247
Work Days:5 days working with 2 days rotational offs
